7:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Coffee and breakfast snack. Kanawha County Library, Mea Cuppa Coffee, no cost to participants.
9:00 - 10:30 - Conference kickoff greeting and conference overview. Capitol Theater, 123 Summers St.
